We are currently looking for a **Memory Architect** – Non-Volatile / Flash

Missions & Objectives :

  • Lead the development of the non-volatile memory design offer
  • Participate in the definition of the non-volatile memory strategy definition and roadmap
  • Support customers, partners and designers

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Interface with Memory vendors (Flash/CBRAM/OTP)
  • Define the CBRAM & Flash memory architecture modifications upon customer needs
  • Generate and maintain internal Memory documentation
  • Plan, execute, and report the results of the Altis Memory portfolio qualification and performance

Skill required :
Relevant experience on the following EDA tools :

  • Cadence-Virtuoso
  • Mentor-Calibre
  • Synopsys-Hspice and/or Cadence-Spectre and/or Mentor-Eldo

Experience with the following tools will be appreciated :

  • Perl, Python, Unix shell, and Java scripting languages
  • C/C++ and Matlab programming
  • In-depth understanding of Nor Flash, EEPROM & OTP memory architecture

Specific Profile :

  • M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or related field & at least a 10 year-experience in industry, preferably working for a flash memory vendor in a product engineering or an application engineering role.
  • Good knowledge of Memory qualification tests
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
